At our facility, we provide skilled nursing in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that promotes socialization. We collaborate with each Resident's personal physician to attend to individual requirements and honor their preferences. Assisted living needs often include medication management, help with dressing and bathing, as well as assistance for other everyday tasks. We honor the worth of every Resident by providing person-centered care that caters to their individual needs and timetable, not ours.

I was extremely disappointed to find that she had left there and is now at Plymouth Place. While Plymouth place is a gorgeous facility, it is a bit far for our family to travel daily. In spite of the fact that there was no chance of my dad moving to PP, Cheryl has spoken to me almost daily and has been of the greatest assistance in helping me find the right community for my dad. She literally is an angel sent by God to help me get through this very difficult time.

At Belmont Village Lincoln Park, you’ll find a unique balance of innovative, research-based programming, best-in-class care and resident-centered living. The mid-rise building maintains the look and feel of the area with an architectural style very closely replicating ... During the covid quarantine to the present her care declined to just providing medications, food and minimal hygiene care.

If we can help your family with senior skilled nursing, complete the form on this page. It’s the right choice for those who require attentive medical care, but don’t have the acute needs that make hospitalization necessary. It provides a higher level of care than Assisted Living, whether the need is for more hands-on assistance with routine activities or more medically complex issues.
We are extremely grateful that Plymouth Place has its priorities straight. If you are looking for skilled care, do not choose this facility. Doctor's orders are implemented only with the input of family. A family member can inform one nurse of essential nursing needs prescribed by a doctor, and a different nurse the next day will have no knowledge of it, and on down the line with the several different nurses.

The pain in her legs had her in so much pain and yet almost nothing was done to help her. We ended up calling an ambulance to get her back to the hospital. I wouldn't wish a stay there on my worst enemy. We offer skilled nursing in a caring, comfortable and social environment.
This place is rife with elder abuse and medical neglect. The people who work there are incompetent, untrained, irresponsible, and frankly, should not work in the healthcare industry in the first place. This facility should honestly be shut down based on my own family''s experience and some of the other experiences here in the reviews. Do not look into living here, having your family members stay here, or working here.

Your abode will be cosy and tastefully appointed. Your therapists will be gifted with a tender caress. They have 86 beds and a daily average of 59.2 residents .

Plymouth Place is more like Fantasy Island with everyone living independently, but living well. Each residence reflecting the taste of the senior citizen. Lots of events and activities but none forced down your throat. Eat in the elegant dining room, the bistro, go out to dine, have a meal delivered to your door or just cook at home. The common areas reflect the tastes of a Four Seasons or Ritz-Charlton.
Make sure you ask what kind of finances they are looking for in order to qualify to stay there. If you know you don't have it don't bother with the tour. Plymouth Place is a beautiful place to live. My parents moved to Plymouth Place in 2015.
